For Residents and Families
Choosing supported living is an important decision. We want people and their families to feel informed, listened to and appropriately involved.
Your voice matters
Rights, choices and involvement
At Mitus Care, we respect every person’s dignity, privacy, choice, independence, equality, human rights and individual preferences. People should have a voice in decisions about their care and support.
Families and appropriate representatives can be involved in care planning and reviews where this is appropriate and consistent with the person’s wishes, rights and confidentiality.
We encourage questions, feedback and open conversations about what is working well and what could improve.
